Overview

Returns the apply URL for a product from Products by Category.

Access & billing

Admin must enable Lead generation (lead_generation) for your account.
This call is included — fee = 0. The per-lead fee is charged on Lead Status when the status first becomes approved.
Provider credentials (including customer id) are applied server-side.

product_id is required. category_id is optional. card_id is optional (credit card cases).

Authenticate with a Bearer token.
